Thank you for your interest in AgroPelt. We’re excited to get your gear to you.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
For items that are not yet in stock, processing times may vary (see “Product Availability” below).
Product Availability
Some AgroPelt products may be offered for early purchase prior to full production availability.
If you purchase an item that is not yet in stock:
- Your order secures your item.
- Your product will ship once inventory becomes available.
- An estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier conditions.

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside our control.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at katie@agropelt.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
